Mark A. Reinhardt focuses his
practice with Albertson Law Group on estate planning
including probate law.
Prior to joining Albertson Law Group, Mark served as
a finance and securities attorney advising public
and private entities in various matters including
venture capital transactions, securities offerings,
mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate
representation. Mark has lectured before the Chicago
Bar Association and has co-authored several law
publications. Mark holds a B.A.. degree from the
Southeast Missouri State University, an M.A. degree
from Indiana University and a Juris Doctor degree
from Northwestern School of Law. He was admitted to
the Washington State Bar in 1995. Mark enjoys
theater and spending time with his family. With
Albertson Law Group, P.S. since 2009
